Rotary Club of Bigfork Welcome!
This year's Rotary International President, Gordon McInally, has set our 2023/2024 theme.
Create Hope in the World!
A very inspirational theme and as Rotarians, we will strive to do this.
Thank you Gordon!

Bigfork Rotary Club welcomed Hope Flansberg, the founder of Hope for Health Wellness. Her story is quite an interesting one, from a childhood filled with loving family and healthy outdoor pursuits to mental, emotional, and physical traumas for which she could not find proper help. Along the way, Hope discovered other individuals who were in similar situations. This led Hope down a path to self care and to reaching out to help others. For a side interest, Hope also writes novels! Please go to her website by clicking here.
Thank you Hope for sharing you story with us!
Today Rotary welcomed Erin and Shannon from the Bigfork Schools PTA to update us on our children's play area. The playground is in need of repairs and upgraded equipment. Our children need to be safe and they also need this play time as it encourages healthy outdoor activities, burns up energy, and has been proven to improve cognition. It was most informative. Please do find out more by following them on Facebook, click here.
Thank you very much Erin & Shannon!
Rotary welcomed Solveig Munson, BF High School Counselor, and Brody Delaney, BF High School Student of the Month. Brody talked to us about his love of coding and how he is looking forward to pursuing his education in computer and technological sciences. He is already helping fellow students with computer repair! Solveig updated us on the programs and offerings available to the BF High School students. The list goes on and on! National Honor Society, Apprenticeships, Internships and Job Shadowing opportunities with local business, FVCC Campus visits and Military Visits, just to name a few. Whether you have children in the Bigfork School system or not, please click here to learn more about our school system and how you can offer support.
Thank you Solveig and Brody!
